Reports and Real Time Displays for Symposium Call Center Server

For the supervisors and managers in your call center, we have a class that is focused on Historical Reports and Real Time Displays.  This class can include additional information such as building agents, modifying agents, agent to skillset assignments, agent to supervisor assignments, etc.

 

Each student receives a training guide that matches the content of the class.  Our training is done on your site, using your Symposium and Web Client.  We will customize the content of the class to meet your specific needs.  We recommend that each student in the class have a PC to get the maximum benefit from the class.

 

This class is usually 1 to 1.5 days in length.

For the experienced supervisors and managers that have recently upgraded to Symposium Web Client, we have a class that is focused on the new and enhanced features of Symposium Web Client.  This class will get you up to speed on the new features and enhancements in Web Client.

 

Each student receives a training guide that matches the content of the class.  Our training is done on your site, using your Symposium and Web Client.  We will customize the content of the class to meet your specific needs.  We recommend that each student in the class have a PC, to get the maximum benefit from the class.

 

This class is usually 4 to 6 hours in length.
