Administration for Symposium Call Center Server and Symposium Web Client

The Administration Class is for IT and Telephony staff that maintain your Symposium and Web Client servers.  This class covers everything related to the ongoing maintenance and management of your SCCS and Symposium Web Client server.  This class can also include the Reports and Real Time Display training, if needed.

 

Each student receives a training guide that matches the content of the class.  Our training is done on your site, using your Symposium and Web Client.  We will customize the content of the class to meet your specific needs.  We recommend that each student in the class have a PC to get the maximum benefit from the class.

 

This class is usually 2 to 2.5 days in length.
