Are you still running Meridian Max, CCR, or SCCS Release 4.2, 4.0, 3.0, 1.5 or earlier?  We can give you some great references from customers that we have upgraded.  GDS can help you with the entire upgrade process.  We can assist with the software and hardware order, update the scripts for any required changes, and migrate your data to a new PVI server.


Have you heard horror stories about the Symposium upgrade and migration process to a new SCCS PVI server?  If you have not upgraded yet, make sure you trust your historical data to someone that has actually performed successful upgrades and migrations.  Let GDS show you how to successfully perform the upgrade and migration.  We have heard that some vendors recommend building the new Symposium server and manually keying the agents, TNs, CDNs, scripts, thresholds, etc into the new PVI Nortel Symposium Call Center Server.  If you do not upgrade the old server, all of your historical data stays on the old server. If your old data is on a Release 1.5 or lower server, you will have to maintain 2 different SCCS clients in order to access the Historical data on the old SCCS and new SCCS servers.   Don't leave your historical data behind! Call GDS, we'll get you and your data to the latest release of SCCS on your new, powerful PVI server.


Are you worried about the conversion from Meridian Max or Meridian CCR?  Over the years we have converted many customers from Max and CCR to Symposium.  The conversion process is not as difficult as some people make it out to be.  We can assist you with your conversion so you can take advantage of all of the new features in SCCS and Symposium Web Client.  We will make the conversion process easy and trouble-free.
